If Rocket Focus® doesn’t work for you and return it for a refund, you cannot order it again and expect to get a second refund.
It is important to note that for best results, Rocket Focus® should be used in synergy with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Before requesting a refund, you must have taken one full bottle of Rocket Focus® as suggested, between 1-4 capsules per day.
The refund will only apply to one bottle of Rocket Focus® per order.
IF AFTER 30 DAYS OF USE, YOU ARE UNHAPPY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND, HERE’S EXACTLY WHAT TO DO:
1. Contact the Rocket Focus team via email Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and a return confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process.
2. Return the empty bottle, the Rocket Focus invoice that you received, and the confirmation number you have been assigned.
3. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the bottle within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.
4. We will refund your entire order, as long as all bottles purchased are returned.
5. We can’t allow resale of Rocket Focus products, so empty bottles will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to take it as directed.
These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning Rocket Focus without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
